Summary: If you like fiction books, I would recommend reading this book. This book is about a poor boy named Jemmy, who is the whipping boy for the prince. Prince Brat decides to run away with the whipping boy. Would they ever get caught?

Likes: I liked the part when Jemmy and Prince Brat were running away in the sewers from the bad guys.

Dislikes: What i hated about the book was when Jemmy got whipped when the prince was bad.

Summary: This story is about a whipping boy and prince brat. The whipping boy and prince brat ran away on a journey together. Later on they got caught by two men called Cutwater and Hold-your-nose Billy. The men think that Prince Brat is the whipping boy so the men whip prince brat. Then a girl named Betsy and her dancing bear Petunia scared Hold-your nose Billy and Cutwater away.

Likes: I like the part when Betsy's bear named Petunia chased Cutwater and Hold-your-nose Billy away.

Dislikes: I disliked Cutwater and Hold-your-nose Billy and even Prince Brat because he told the cutthroats where Jemmy was.

Summary: this book was so cool.The story can tell you about what it was like to be a prince a long time ago. when the whipping boy got hit he did not cry. Later when the prince got hit he did not cry either. They went on a journey together.

Likes: I like that they had got along with one another in the end of the story.

Dislikes: I did not like when the prince kept on getting in trouble and when he kept telling the cut-throats that he was the prince.

Summary: The book "Whipping Boy" is based on a story where there is a prince and a whipping boy. The king captures an orphan named Jemmy to be Prince Brats (Prince Horace) Whipping boy. and he gets whipped for everything the prince does wrong. then one night the prince decides to runaway and asks Jemmy to come and jemmy does and Jemmy tries to escape himself. But then they get caught by cutthroat ( hold your nose billy and cutwater. Then they have to make another plan to escape.

Summary: This book is about a boy named Jemmy who was captured by the king. Prince Horad (Prince Brat) would get in touble but he didn't get whipped, Jemmy did. Later in the book the Prince decides to run away but he didn't want to go alone. He wanted Jemmy to come along too. On their journey they get captured by mean old cutwater and hold-your-nose-billy.

Likes: I liked this because it is a very adventurous book and is very interesting

Summary: Prince Brat is very bad so he gets whipped. His name really is not Prince Brat. His name is really Prince Horace

Likes: I liked how the other expresses the story and explains that Prince Brat got whipped and why and it sounds like the other is a good illustrator

Dislikes: I disagree with the author when the book says alot about buffets and food. I think the book should talk more about more important ideas.

More Like This: This book is similar to the book "I want to be A Princess When I Grow Up" because it talks alot and "Good and Bad Thing" and is a good book like "The Whipping Boy"
